Kaiya was phenomenal and demonstrated unwavering support through the whole buying process. I worked with Kaiya through a home buying processes for a house my mom was purchasing. My my mom was new to the area and knew she wanted to purchase a new build, but she was absolutely clueless where to start since she hadn’t bought a house since the 50’s. Kaiya took the time even before identifying the location to talk through financing options and all the details of the home buying process. Her knowledge was exceptional and had a wealth of great insight and connections to help through the process. This eased my mom’s fears about making the giant leap of purchasing a home in this uncertain economic market.

Although my mom wanted a to purchase a new build, we are so glad to make the move to choose to use an agent. The number of unplanned things that came up were unexpected and Kaiya worked night and day (literally) to work with the builder to ensure concerns would be addressed. Her effort resulted the final product that met my mom’s high quality expectations.

Overall, Kaiya was a strong advocate for my mom and approached everything in a highly professional manner. She was sensitive to my mom’s needs and ensured they were met throughout the whole process. Kaiya undoubtedly would be my first choice again if needed since I know the job would get done right, with the compassion, care, and professionalism needed.

Kaiya Dowtin and her team were AWESOME!!! They made my homebuying process so easy and helped me to understand what was happening every step of the way. In today's housing market, one can feel overwhelmed and discouraged but Kaiya kept me motivated and on track. She remained in touch daily and responded to any calls/ texts immediately as well as encouraged me to ask questions. Kaiya provides the "concierge service" any buyer or seller can appreciate. Kaiya was an absolute charm to work with. She’s very detail oriented, fast responding, and very informative. We met on a Sunday after noon at a Home Goods, she introduced herself and asked were we in the market of buying or selling our home - we actually were but didn’t know where to start. Kaiya came by our home and the rest is history. We knew we were in good hands. I also referred Kaiya to my sister-in-law and her family, when they wanted to sell their home. I would absolutely work with Kaiya again. She’s so awesome!
