Kali was our seller's agent on a recent sale in Gilbert, Az. She assisted us with research and market comps to help us decide what price to list at to create the most interest and ensure a quick sale to a reputable buyer. She advised us on how to stage our home to create the greatest appeal. She promoted our property in advance of listing to create demand. And what a job she did...We chose to list at the upper end of the range determined by our recent market comps. Within 5-hours we had multiple offers well over our listing price. We were able to be selective as to the buyer with the highest offer and greatest financial qualifications.
