Buying a house is one of the most expensive adult decisions. Getting it right is paramount. Working with a great agent can make you or break you. The process is not intuitive because there are so many little things you need to know beforehand. It’s not just about W2s and credit scores. What sets Mr. Kayle apart is his industry knowledge and his ability to expertly guide home buyers through the entire process. Having him in my corner during my home buying process gave me great comfort. I am happy with my forever home.

Need help searching for a home? LOOK NO FURTHER. I have a lot to say about Mr. Kaloyan. He was on top of everything. Amazing work ethic. He would really listen to what I was looking for. We would visit locations and he would be very honest with me. He would tell me the negatives about the location and things to think about. He really does have the best interest for his clients. As a newly single mother, that meant alot to me as I felt lost and nervous about the whole buying process.

One late evening, I found a place online (Silver Spring, under chevy chase/bethesda area) but realized all offers where to close the following morning. After a phone call, Mr. Kaloyan immediately arrived with key in hand. I knew this home was for me. Due to the competition, I did not think I could get it. Mr. Kal reassured me that we could do it. He was optimistic, realistic and quickly strategized. In minutes we started paperwork. He worked with me until almost midnight in order to submit application before deadline. Few days later, I was given my home even with about 5 offers in.

Mr. Kal is always available, great communication and is quick to answer phone calls. I sometimes have random questions to this day, and he never hesitates to help. I cant tell you how happy this home has made me and my little son. I hope this review helps someone and they choose to work with him.

Kal is extremely responsive and moves at lighting speed to sell your home. Most times he will answer your call immediately. If he’s not able to answer, he will call you back within a few minutes, no more than an hour or 2. He is very aggressive in working to sell your house, and he moves very efficiently and quickly, so if you’re looking for a quick turn around, Kal is your man! I sold my townhouse in Bowie, MD with him in the Fall 2020 and was pleased with his service.
