I and my wife met Kamaljit in an Open Home and we liked that home. We were first time home buyers and nervous to make this life time decision. Kamaljit put us at ease explaining the process and property details. We were little wary of the bath room. He promised if we decide to buy this home he will help us to get the bathroom renovation and bed rooms reconfigured with permits.After we got the home he got the drawings free of cost for us. He helped to pull the permits and arranged a good contractor to complete the job in timely manner. He delivered more than what he promised. He also covered more than our closing costs. He is patient, ethical and professional.
We consider him as a family member now. We recommend him to everyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate.

I met Kamaljit along with my wife in early 2018 and we started working with him to find our dream home .He showed than a dozen properties until we made a final sweet deal in Oct 2020.

During this period we made 2-3 offers and one was accepted but due to our changed situation we have to back out and Kamaljit negotiated with the listing agent to bail us out without any financial loss . He had promised that when ever we buy a home , he will help us to remodel it, if need be, including preparing drawings and providing good contractors. He delivered more than what he had promised .

Even after 9 months he is always available to talk and advise.
He was so patient and prompt to address our concerns and price that we will recommend him for any body who wants an ethical and professional real estate agent.
