Kami is a fantastic resource for anyone looking to buy or sell in the twin cities, especially Eagan and south of the river suburbs! She has lived locally in the area and has a deep appreciation for the Twin Cities metro and what every city has to offer.

Buying/selling a home is one of the biggest decisions people ever make. So you want to go through that process with someone you trust, is responsive, and is looking out for your best interests. Kami's advice, attention to detail, and follow through never waver when it comes to advocating for her clients and their dreams. She is professional, persistent and tenacious when it comes to negotiating. Making sure buyers and sellers alike have the outcomes they are looking for.

The best compliment is a referral, one really stands out in particular. I referred Kami to a family that was in a situation with a house they could not sell and had been through several agents. She unraveled the mess and was creative in how to get things moved forward. Kami was able to put a plan in place and take them through the process to sell their home and purchase their new one in record time.

Kami was great to have during our home buying process. She was very responsive and made sure to send us options that were within our price range. She shared some great tips and insights for each of the homes we looked at. She talked with us to really understand what we wanted and where but she wasn't overbearing and was patient as we figured out what we did like and didn't like about houses we saw. I would definitely recommend Kami!

I have now sold/purchased two homes in the past 3 years, with Kami and her team.
Kami sold my home in less than 36 hours, with an offer that was significantly over asking. Kami made the sale of my house, easy and with little stress.
Purchasing a home in Minnesota is difficult to say the least. There just aren't enough homes, for everyone who wants to buy. It is very stressful and overwhelming.
I was afraid of either not finding a new home, or having to settle for something I hated, simply due to the lack of availability.
Kami kept telling me to "trust the process" and promised she would find us the perfect home.
Kami couldn't have been more correct. Kami found a home for us, that was better than I could have imagined.
Kami is nothing short of a miracle worker!
