I felt very well taken care off by Kamran
He has a high level of expertise, amazingly responsive to calls, texts, and email, and has always had our best interests in mind. All of our Military friends have used Kamran and he was very well recommended. We couldn't have been happier with our decision with choosing him as our Realtor. Even though we were selling our home while we were out of state, we couldn't have been more at ease knowing he was on our side keeping us updated and looking out for us.

Kamran is a phenomenal realtor! I was a first time home buyer and I knew what I wanted but I knew very little about the process of buying a house. Hire this man! Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but thankfully Kamran alleviated the burden and helped me every step of the way. There is not enough room to list all of the good things I can say about working with him, but I will try.

For someone new to the area, Kamran was especially informative, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He worked around the clock for me and made sure all of my concerns were addressed and questions were answered. He fought for me and my budget. We negotiated a deal to everyone’s satisfaction. He has a keen eye for detail and sharp intuition for potential problems. He was also very patient with me—a first-time buyer—in finding my preferred house. Always quick to respond to my questions, I never felt that I was a second-priority client. A very flexible worker, he also accommodated my unusual work hours and limited availability.

I can honestly say I have no criticism or bad things to say about Kamran. He was referred to me by a friend and I will absolutely do the same. He has earned it. If I ever buy more real estate in this area, he will be the first person I call. You cannot go wrong with hiring him. Hire this man!

Kamran is very professional, intelligent. He provided the best fiduciary service to me as his client. I was on my way to airport heading overseas for a family emergency that I called Kamran and asked him to sell my house. Two days later he called me and told me that he’s done his research and he believes that my house is work $5k more than I was asking for it. He listed the house and sold it on the second day, full price all cash offer.
Kamran is also a great photographer and I believe that his photography and marketing skills also helped him selling my house very quickly. Kamran is highly recommended.

Kamran is a very knowledgeable and patient realtor. He helped me buying investment properties. I liked his patience in showing me many homes and sharing his honest opinion on homes whether or not they may be good for investment. He is not pushy at all.
