Kandi Phillips is from Vero Beach, FL, east coast of FL also known as the Treasure Coast. While living in NW Arkansas from 2013-2016 she became a licensed Arkansas Real Estate agent. Now living in Naples, FL, west coast of FL also known as the Paradise Coast. Along with her husband, in 2008 they co-founded a Civil Engineering company, Sustainable Engineering and Design, focusing on sustainable infrastructure with the goal of restoring the natural resources for future generations. Kandi, along with her husband, were instrumental in the creation of the Treasure Coast Chapter of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Kandi is certified in Professional Interior Design and Space Planning, Home Staging, Organizing Spaces, and Feng Shui Consulting. She founded Awaken Your Space in 2004 specializing in these services. Her services have been sought out by Realtors that result in a higher Return On Investment (ROI) with a shorter listing time.
With her keen abilities of marketing and research, Kandi has successfully managed vacation rental properties since 2013. She is sought out by those with an interest in owning their own vacation rental property.
In My Free Time
I love to read, garden, hike, kayak, play with my Boxers (Maui and Hauna) , listen to great music, outdoor adventures, travel in and around Florida in their RV, shelling, fishing, and attending local events. I continue to write a book about "intention" and conduct online Live Your Intention workshops.
Most of all I love visiting and making memories with our two children and four grandchildren.
