Don’t miss the chance to work with Kandra!!!! Together we’ve closed THREE deals. She’s represented my husband and I as sellers and buyers. One thing she is awesome at is communication. I almost never had to call or text her. Every other morning if not every morning she provided me with an update even if there weren’t any new ones. She is not afraid to call and talk to whoever has the answer that she needs. I absolutely loved working with her as a buyer because she always had our best interest at heart. We went through a rough stage with the mortgage company and she stepped in and talked to the right people to get us moving. And I can’t forget how she helped us find the perfect house WHILE WE WERE LIVING OUT OF STATE. She went to the house as many times as we needed her to in order to FaceTime us, show us the neighborhood and everything else. Trust me, you won’t regret working with Kandra.
