Real estate made an imprint on my life that first day my grandpa pulled up in his Chevy Scottsdale pickup truck to take me to “work”. I was seven years old. He strapped a nail pouch and hammer to my waist, and I was hooked. Some of the best memories of my childhood were spent working alongside him and learning all aspects of the family construction business. I’ve spent most of my adult career working in real estate in one form or another. Whether it was in the mortgage department at Norwest Bank in the early 90’s or building our cabinet and countertop design and installation company from the ground up, managing over 12 employees, 30 subcontractors, and over 10,000 installs annually.
Commitment and dedication have been driving forces in me, along with an inclination to achieve mastery in an occupation, be it through education, certification, or designation. I strive for excellence because that is what I expect of myself and want to offer my clients. Being the owner-operator of an electrical and residential building company for the last 20+ years has only galvanized my optimism for the future. I enjoy working alongside my wife, and with my sons and daughters now prospectively coming up in business, life is good. Over the years, I have enjoyed a fair number of personal interests and hobbies, some of which have included scuba diving, hunting, fishing, and, of course, golf.
My wife and I moved to the community in 1999 to raise our family and have a vested interest in its continued development and success. Having spent many years on various boards and committees, including six years as a Lake Panorama Association Board member, I have come to appreciate this fine place we live and want to leave it better than when I arrived. We enjoy owning and operating Lake Panorama Realty because of our passion for this community and the opportunity to share that passion with those who trust us with their property.
So for me, it all comes down to this. Faith, family, fun, and real estate
