We had a great experience working with Kara during the purchase of our vacation home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I think we were more demanding than average with questions and requests, and she was very professional and accommodating during the whole process. She even helped us with a couple of things after the transaction was complete. Kara is very knowledgeable and definitely comes highly recommended based on our experience.

As a retired Realtor of several decades, I had moved out of state and was seeking the services of my third listing agency for a very uniquely designed and crafted custom home that included numerous tasteful upgrades and several expansion opportunities not readily available to many other properties in the area given the unique setting and lot size.

Two failed attempts to list and sell the property or even keep a couple of ratified sales contracts on point by these agencies was met head-on by me with a great deal of frustration and consternation at what should have been a relatively uncomplicated listing and sale.

Enter Kara Brasure who I happened to meet when an appointment was arranged to preview the property.

Now some months after the sale, I continue to hold Kara at the highest level of regard and will always remember with gratitude that KARA BRASURE is the Realtor who did precisely what she said she was going to do... “Get the property SOLD”!

Kara Brasure is the best realtor we have known, ever!! Let me back that statement up with proof! We have purchased three houses in the past and she far exceeds what all three of the past realtors have done all together! She has shown us any house we requested, provided sound advice to us so we could make a determination to purchase or not purchase a house. She is fantastic.
