Kara Gill recognizes that a real estate purchase can often be the biggest investment in her clients’ lives, and treats each transaction as such. In doing so, she uses every resource at her disposal to discover the idyllic property that they desire.

Priority one for Kara is to not only find the dream property for her client but to use her strengths and background to negotiate the best possible transaction. Recent to the associate market, Kara’s credentials are in sales and the mortgage industry, and she uses this prior expertise, along with her extensive knowledge of the entire Jacksonville area to procure the best deal possible.

Originally from Baltimore, she moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1990. Kara attended the University of North Florida with a major in Marketing. Now residing in Nocatee, she has an intimate understanding of properties in the beach regions as well as her own Nocatee neighborhood.

Professionally, Kara endeavors to keep herself up to date with all recent market trends and news. In her downtime, she enjoys live music, being outside close to the area waters, and any social time with family.
