Kara Kerr

Born & raised in Murfreesboro, TN, Kara began her real estate career in 2015 as a leasing & sales rep for her family's industrial and commercial development company, Swanson Developments. She became a Realtor in 2022 to better serve the clients in her community. Her life revolves around Jesus, her husband, friends & family. She makes and sells high quality handmade clay earrings (Known Clay Designs) with a handwritten message on the back "PS139", as a way to give back to different organizations like Portico- a pregnancy support and resource center. Kara’s life mission and passion is to follow Jesus, love people well, and continue the lifework that her grandfather started in Middle Tennessee, by helping her family’s business grow, serving the community and carrying the company on to the 4th and 5th generations of the family.
