About Kara

Kara has lived in four different Winchester neighborhoods and built two homes since moving to Winchester, which gives her unique insight into her client's homes and home searches. Prior to working in real estate Kara worked in institutional investing for Wellington Management, first in Boston and later in Philadelphia. While in Philadelphia Kara also served as co-president of the Wharton Partners Club, a group that assists families from around the world as they transition to the city for a family member's education. Since moving to Winchester Kara has served as co-president of Winchester's Family Action Network, which connects Winchester's young families through educational and social activities. She has also served on the boards of the Winchester Neighbor's Club, the Winchester Chamber of Commerce, and the Winchester Foundation for Educational Excellence. Kara also serves on the Griffin Museum's annual benefit committee and is a member of Winchester's EnKa Society. Kara graduated from Boston College where she double majored in political science and communications.
