I realized at the end or 2021 that I had outgrown my home - I now had a partner, a dog, and we needed more space. I reached out to Kara (who had found me my first home 5 years prior) and said "I'm ready to move!!" She came over in December of 2021 - she explained the process of buying AND selling - she went over the good and bad aspects of the current market - she listened to what we truly desired out of our next home - she held space for any questions, big or small - she got us in touch with an amazing lender - and she ultimately got the ball rolling right away. April 1st of 2022 I closed on the sale of my first house AND closed on the sale of my beautiful new home. I could not have done this without Kara. The amount of work she put in for us, to sell and buy in this market is absolutely insane - and she did it all with a smile. She negotiated THE BEST DEALS for me on both sides of my transactions. It didn't matter how crazy our schedules were, or how many houses I asked to go see, she made it all possible and she did it with ease. She is friendly, and courteous, and positive, and most of all SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. Since the purchase of my first home in 2015, I know I have gained not only a forever realtor - but a forever friend as well. If you are looking for someone who can handle something as life changing as buying or selling a home, and do it with ease and grace, Kara is your lady.

I would highly recommend Kara to anyone looking for a realtor, as I do with all of my closest friends and family. As a first time home buyer, Kara was super patient with my wife and I, and she took the time to listen to our story and understand our specific needs in a house. I grew to trust Kara really well and knew that I was always getting real advise from her. She was able to balance being supportive of what we like but also honest with us about any concerns she had with a home. Almost two and a half years after closing on our home, I'm still emailing Kara to get recommendations for contractors for various home improvement projects. She is very knowledgeable and I look forward to working with her more in the future!
