There are a lot of realtors but there are few you meet who are as dedicated and amazing as Karen. We were down to the wire and at our wits end looking for houses. We were on a time line for our Grants and preapproval. Not to mention we were living in subpar housing conditions that no human should be subjected to living in. She understood our urgency and made it her own by: making sure every day we could visit houses we had houses to see, if there was paperwork that needed fixing she made sure we got it together, ect. Well to make a long story short, she found our house in 3 short days after we hired her. There were offers on the house already but she didnt let us give up and she helped us secure the home with a winning bid. I thank God for her and her dedication to our home journey.
