I have bought & sold a few properties over the years. Karen Allen is the BEST agent I've ever worked with! There are many RE agents in south Florida but not all are as dedicated as Karen. If you need someone who is a True Professional & understand the ins & outs of the FL Real Estate Market, look no further. Karen saved me from a Foreclosure, saving my credit. My house was listed with another agent; six month went by & no offers. It became a dire financial situation for me. I had come to the conclusion my only way out was foreclosure. While looking on Zillow, I saw Karen's Impressive reviews. I called Karen & told her my financial situation with the property. She did her research and gave me couple of options.
