We were very impressed by Karen. She is an expert realtor, very pleasant and caring. We sold our house quicker than expected and for our target price! She made excellent recommendations. The house even looked better when we were selling it because of her suggestions. She also pointed out what would increase the value of the house and what would not. Karen is straightforward and is an excellent negotiator, she protected us throughout the process. If you are looking for the best and would like to sell your house stress-free, you would not regret choosing Karen.
