Karen Berger

Karen Berger has over 25 years of experience in our local real estate market, and an exceptionally strong client base built upon the glowing recommendations of her past clients. Known for her excellent customer service and negotiating skills, Karen works hard at every single stage of the transaction to protect her clients’ best interests.

Karen first worked as a Property Management Specialist, overseeing both commercial and rental units for a company in Laurel, MD. Upon attaining her real estate license, Karen worked for a few brokers before becoming associated with Long & Foster, and immediately became a tremendous asset to The Legal Team. Karen’s strengths are numerous – not only in her professional representation of her clients – but in her natural ability and thorough knowledge of the market and area. Karen is also a certified stager.

After living in Howard County for over 40 years, Karen and her husband Ed now reside in Anne Arundel County. Karen’s two children live locally as well. Stephen lives in Towson with his wife and two daughters, and is the Admissions Director at Concordia Prep in Towson. Kelly, is a graduate of James Madison University, runs a fitness business in Baltimore, and has played for the US Women’s Lacrosse Team where she earned two gold medals.

Karen is a familiar presence around her community, and loves outdoor sports, especially walking, biking, and running. When she is not working in real estate, her time is spent watching lacrosse games and spending time with her large, extended family and her many friends.
