Karen Bowman

A long-time resident of Lexington, I have turned my experience as a real estate investor, short-term rental owner, and business owner into a real estate career. My husband Chad and I work as a team at The Brokerage and love helping clients whether they are first-time or seasoned home buyers, sellers, relocating, or investing. Our investment portfolio includes long-term residential rentals, short-term rentals (STRs), and commercial properties.

I bring experience from prior work in nonprofits, higher education administration, research, and operations to connect with clients from all backgrounds and I especially enjoy working with those who are moving here to work with one of our Kentucky universities.
