Karen’s career path of real estate began in 1978, working as a office manager for Phase 1 homes in their model center. She continued pursuing real estate by attending Bert Rodgers Schools and getting her Real Estate license in January of 1980.

“I can’t imagine a different career path,” said Karen. “I was meant to list and sell Real Estate.”

Whether it’s showing homes to first-time buyers or bustling neighborhoods to investors, Karen is a realtor for everyone. With years of local experience and the confidence to problem solve for her clients, she specializes in neighborhoods in Pinellas and Pasco counties. While she knows about many neighborhoods, she does have her favorites.

“I love introducing my clients to downtown Dunedin,” said Karen. “With it's historic downtown, great proximity to the water, and access to the Pinellas Trail.”
