Karen Chandler

Karen Chandler was born and raised in Upstate New York and her husband, and her two children Nick and Sarah relocated to Lexington 20 years ago.

She works with Exit Real Estate Consultants in Lexington, SC. serving the Greater Columbia area. She enjoys helping her clients, whether buyers or sellers, in their real estate transactions. She specializes in Lexington, Columbia, West Columbia, Irmo, Chapin, Lake Murray, and surrounding areas.

She grew up working in a family business and continued to do so until deciding to start a new beginning, leaving the family business behind, and moving to South Carolina over 15 years ago. Working with her family, they always kept one goal in front of them. They have one name we were given and thru that constant reminder she learned honesty, integrity, commitment, challenging work and treating everyone with respect was a sure way to maintain the name she was given. After moving to South Carolina, a place she now calls home, she began working in a real estate office. A few years later, she then realized my love of collaborating with people lead me to get her real estate license and become a Realtor®, one of the best decisions she has made and enjoyed.
