Karen Chapman

Hello and thank you for visiting my page. My name is Kären L. Chapman, it is pronounced slightly different-"Carr-en," in honor of my Norwegian, German heritage. Originally, I am from Long Island, New York. Growing up, I had the pleasure of vacationing here in South Florida for years, then eventually my family built our new home in Seagate Harbor in Palm City, back in the mid 70's. This event took place after we went through the "Last Blizzard," it was then my father decided to transfer from Ma Bell to BellSouth and put an end the long commutes and the harsh winters. Our next door neighbor introduced us to Martin County, we fell in love with all the Treasure Coast had to offer. This "little known paradise" has truly been a wonderful place to grow up, filled with many memories of boating, fishing and other water sports as part of our daily regime. Martin County=Paradise.

I am an artist; water color, pen and ink and airbrush are my favorite mediums to use, and I love Realism. I also love photography, and collecting ideas for potential future paintings. I love to study the architectural features of older buildings, I am and a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright and Norman Rockwell.

My other passion (besides Real Estate!) is helping our youth and investing in our future. These kids in most cases just need to know someone out there is cheering them on, for others, they need purpose and direction in there lives. I mentor to these kids and must say, the absolute joy in this is to see them grow and overcome their obstacles and ultimately thrive on their own. Coach Tony Bishop and I are the backbone for Strength For The Journey, Inc. and boy do we love impacting lives, young and old!
