Karen Eschbach

Karen grew up in the Puget Sound area and love the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from Washington State University. She has been with Coldwell Banker Bain since receiving her real estate license in 2006. Prior to becoming a realtor, she worked as a Marketing Manager at Microsoft for eight years and as a Marketing Manager at Qwest Communications for three years. She received the “Rookie of the Year” award after her first year with Coldwell Banker Bain.

In 2015, Karen made Coldwell Banker Bain’s “Diamond Society” and has been an annual award winner ever since. She enjoys working with her clients on both the listing and buying side of the process in real estate. She loves getting to know her clients so well during She is known for providing outstanding service to all her clients. She is available to them 24/7. She tries to go beyond for all of her clients. She believes it is her duty to educate them in every step of the process and be a firm negotiator with their best interests in mind.
