Karen Finnander was tenacious in investigating each property we reviewed to determine whether any faults existed. It was as though She was purchasing the house with her own money. Definitely looking out for the client.

I was scared when I started this experience. My mother passed away and left me in circumstances that I thought I understood until it was time for action. I didn't know anything about selling or buying my morhers house or what I could do to keep it. I had siblings that did not understand the process anymore than I did, and for a while there I felt alone in handling it. Then Karen was recommended to me. When Karen came over to the house for the first time, she explained everything to me. She was very professional and understanding of what I wanted and needed. She took the time to answer all my questions any time or day. She made me feel better in more ways than one and confident about buying a home. I recommend her to anybody and I already have three people. I had a very good experience with her and would hire her again.
