Karen Fish-Will

With over 35 years in real estate, Karen Fish-Will serves as the Principal and Chairperson of Peabody’s affiliate brokerage firms in Massachusetts and Florida. During her tenure, she specialized in developing and marketing new and existing communities and excelled in achieving client occupancy goals.

A committed leader, Fish-Will unifies marketing, leasing, and administrative teams to drive Peabody’s growth, always rooted in service and integrity. She has held key industry positions, including Board roles with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Rental Housing Association. She's a Designated REALTOR® with GBAR and has received awards like the Boston Chapter IREM Professional Woman of the Year and the Glassdoor Top CEO Employees’ Choice Award. Karen attended Pine Manor College, majoring in Marketing and Early Childhood Education.
