Karen Goforth

Karen Pate-Goforth joined Claudia & Carolyn Realty Group in August, 2020. Her resume is extensive, with over 30 years in the Commercial and Residential Real Estate Industry. Born and raised in Carter County, she is very familiar with the area and devoted to helping her clients with their real estate needs.

She prides herself on the lasting relationships she creates when helping families buy and sell their homes. She has first-hand knowledge of the stress that comes along with buying and selling a home with her personal experience of buying eight homes in the last twenty years. Three of which were ground-up construction. She is a mother of three and grammy to twin boys.
