We live out of town and took a few days to work on the house preparing for the sale. Karen came to the property when we started, to provide input on how to prioritize and best use the time we had. She followed through on time with everything she promised. We had multiple offers and she created a document summarizing them, and offered valuable input based on her experience to help sort through them. After we left town she visited the property for us to ensure that lingering to do‘s had been done prior to closing. She contacted us regularly between accepting an offer and closing.

I appreciate Ms Karen Gore, Realtor/Agent and all the help with the selling of my property on 6/14/21( closing date), she sold my house in 48 hrs from when the house was put up for sale. Karen was our 2nd Agent, after already being disappointed working with other agent we were skeptic to begin with. Karen right from the get go was very communicative and responsive over both email/text, since we were out of state buyers that gave us a lot of comfort and made us believe we can do this. She found us several properties to our liking and did tours herself before we decided to fly out to make offers. While in Orlando she took great care of our time since we planned to be there only for 3 days. She found us our dream home on the 2nd day itself and we had one full day to explore mid Florida beaches as well. She worked tirelessly to make sure we go back to California with a contract in our hand. It was an amazing experience. I wish we could find agent like her in California. Icing on the cake was all her referral like home inspection, home loan, home insurance etc were all turned out to be great and we were able to close our escrow with ease. I like to invest in real estate and i would definitely buy with her sometime again next year.

Karen is an amazing realtor and was so wonderful to work with to buy our second home. We are out of state buyers and Karen had great communication despite our time differences and always kept us up to date on the process. We toured several beautiful houses and bought our dream home at a great price with Karen’s hard work and connections to Property Management companies, other realtors, and knowledge of the local area. I hired Karen Gore to sell my home in Orlando. Due to the lockdown, I was unable to be in the US. She went over and above the role of an agent. She took care of every aspect of the sale for me including responsibilities that were not required By an agent including hiring several contractors to carry out repairs and clean up of my home ensuring that it was in perfect condition for the sale. She supervised everything to successful completion including ensuring that my vehicles were able to be transported to my home country. The experience with her has truly been outstanding. Karen is your "go to" realtor. No grass grows under her feet! She gets things done, advocates for her clients and always returns calls/emails promptly! Makes the process so much easier for clients! I don't think she ever sleeps!!

We have bought homes twice with Karen and sold twice with her in the last two years. (I know, we move too much but what can I say? We love working with Karen!!). Every time the experience has been great!! No worries, Karen is on top of everything so no need to.....

Karen has been my Realtor for 2 home purchases. Most recent was Feb-March 2020. She is the best in the business. First, she learns what you want, where and why. Then, she walks you through what is realistic, affordable, and everything we needed to prepare for a successful purchase. Karen kept us organized with deadlines for documents, inspection, communicated with the seller agent. She will make the home-buying process seamless.
