Karen is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners, serving clients throughout Atlanta’s Southern Crescent with a focus on investors, seniors, luxury real estate, and commercial opportunities.
Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2018, Karen has closed more than $30 million in real estate sales and built a business grounded in strong negotiation, market knowledge, analytics, and client advocacy. Her experience spans luxury homes, downsizing and senior transitions, investment properties, land, multifamily, new construction, and commercial real estate.
Karen holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist), and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations. She is also active in KW Luxury and KW Commercial and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation to further expand her commercial and investment expertise.
