Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $150K in Arab, AL. --- After listing our home with another agency for six months and then trying to sell it ourselves for about four months, we were more than pleased when Karen's efforts had our home under contract in less than one month and sold in less than two months. Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010. --- Ms. Harrison listed my gulf-front condominium in Orange Beach, Alabama. I was very impressed with her people skills in dealing with customers in the high-end real estate market, as well as her user friendliness to her clients. She responds specifically to the needs expressed by her clients as opposed to one size fits all. Clearly superior skills and desire to succeed. Our loss is Guntersville's gain. Very professional!

Karen scheduled all meetings and interactions at our convenience after work and on weekends. She provided us with outstanding advice about how to prepare our home for sale. I never felt like she was my agent but rather a person who I knew I could trust. Karen was VERY helpful and knowledgable throughout the entire process. She helped to find us properties to look at during two separate visits that fit our specifications and budget. Karen handled all small issues that arose for us and that was extremely helpful with us still living out of state.
