With no exaggeration, Karen is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She helped us find our very first place, and years later helped us sell it while we were out of the country! She did everything we couldn't do while being so far away, with the utmost care and attention to detail, and always answered any questions we had promptly. We have recommended her to every single person we know in the area who was looking to buy or sell their home, as she always goes above and beyond. I wish we could have imported her to help us buy in our new home country!

Karen did an amazing job helping me purchase a home. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner (even outside of normal business hours), taught me a lot about what to look for in a home, pointed out pros and cons in a straightforward way about each property we walked through, and was the point person who expertly facilitated communication between all participating parties. Despite a competitive market, Karen helped me find and settle on a home I am very satisfied with. I highly recommend working with Karen!

I met Karen Hart on about SEP 2019 for a Home purchase here in Maryland. She was top rated by USAA, and then decided to give her a chance.
She immediately and professionally contacted me via Secure email while I was deployed overseas.
Her coordinations, and experience was quite evident, she fully understood military requirements and time lines.
Later in 2021, I contacted her to sell my house, she approach it with the same drive, professionalism and care expected from realtor.
I wish Karen would be part on my team one day.

Karen helped these nervous first-time home buyers navigate a competitive real estate market, in the middle of a pandemic, with a deadline (baby on the way!) flawlessly! Honestly I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and super responsive via calls, email, or texts. We did not feel pressured at all, she constantly reminded us that we're are the ones who have to live in a home - if it's not the home for us we shouldn't rush it. Esp in a market when homes were flying off the market fast it can be tempting to put in an offer on a home that's 80 or 90% there, but I'm glad we took her advice and waited. She was totally right - when we found the right home it just felt right. She also helped us navigate the whole closing process smoothly and made sure we knew the steps along the way. Thank you Karen!!

Karen was absolutely amazing! My wife found her online by shear chance of looking online trying to find a realtor in the area we wanted to purchase. She was readily available at anytime by phone, text and email. She answered every question honestly and recommended a terrific loan company as well to work with. She really helped guide us on making her perfect home ours. The process could not have been smoother and she did a terrific job at negotiating and making sure we had low closing costs! Our new home, the area we live in and our new wonderful neighbors couldn’t be better and we have Karen to thank for that! I used Karen to sell my home in Columbia & I highly recommend her as a realtor. She actually sold the home prior to it officially being put on the market while it was a "coming soon" listing! Karen went above & beyond her duties as a realtor. I had already moved out of state & she handled everything for me from the inspections/permits to overseeing the required repairs. She even completed one of the small required repairs herself! When she couldn't get the info about my wire proceeds from the buyers Title Company by phone, she hopped in her car & drove to their office & waited for an answer. I have been a Mortgage Professional for 25 years & have worked with a lot of realtors but have never met a realtor that would do that! Thank you Karen for all your help & making this an easy transaction.

My wife and I had the best experience with Karen! She answered our questions day and night, negotiated on our behalf and was able to get us into our dream home with barely any closing costs on our end! She was full of energy and was an absolute professional through the entire process and it was a pleasure getting to know her.
