Karen Harvey was very helpful in (1) providing rental opportunities for viewing, (2) setting up viewings of rentals, (3) relaying/coordinating any communication with the property owner, (4) resolving any questions regarding the rental, (5) relaying/finalizing the contractual constraints and document signing by required to establish the rental lease, and (6) providing any closure details regarding the rental lease such as rules and regulations.

She provided that personal interaction that is not provide via interaction with websites that search for property rentals. She provided the resolution of contractual details between the buyer and the seller.
