She serves the entire state of Arkansas including Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Alexander, Benton, and Bryant and specializes in First-time Homebuyers, Luxury Homes, New Construction, Investment Properties, Short Sales and Commercial. She has over 24 years of knowledge and experience in all aspects of marketing, accounting, sales, and project management.

Karen is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas; she graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science. She is an active member of civic and professional organizations such as the Little Rock Board of Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors. She is actively involved in community organizations such as the Greater Little Rock Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Civitan Club of Maumelle and the Parents Board for Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Karen’s participation with these organizations helps her stay informed about issues regarding issues in our communities. Her hobbies include selling and listing homes to her clients, volunteering, reading, spending time with family and friends, traveling, sports, and fitness. Karen is an avid supporter of the Bucknell Bisons Women’s Basketball team and women's sports.
