About Karen

Karen is one of the owners and Broker-In-Charge of Show Me Properties. Having had the privilege of listing and selling millions of dollars in Residential and Commercial Properties throughout her career has a proven track record of very satisfied and repeat clients.

Upon graduation from the Missouri State University in Springfield, she worked for several years in residential and commercial real estate in Springfield, Missouri before moving to South Carolina, where she formed a real estate firm to become the largest Real Estate agency in the area, with over 50 agents. Later to become Vice President of Marketing and Sales of a 2,800-acre gated residential, planned community that includes 45 holes of championship golf.

Karen then became the Director of Operations and Partner of Coosaw Point Plantation on Lady’s Island, South Carolina, a planned four-hundred-acre residential Lowcountry neighborhood situated along the Coosaw River, making many families their “Home by the River”.

Karen stays active in her community and has served on a variety of civic and nonprofit boards, including the Chamber of Commerce, Property Owner’s Board President, and has served on her local board of realtors as well as the President of the Beaufort Board of Realtors.
