Karen Ingram

Karen takes great pride in helping her clients buy and sell their homes in Fauquier County and the surrounding areas, as she has been a licensed realtor since 2003. As a resident of Fauquier County for over 25 years, her passion for helping people follows her throughout the community. Karen has been married to her remarkable husband since 1994 and they have an amazing daughter attending West Virginia University. Karen has been the Brumfield Elementary School PTO President and the Liberty High School Booster Club Secretary.

She also served on the local real estate board, Greater Piedmont Area Association of Realtors (GPAAR) for nine years, as well as serving as GPAAR President in 2012. Karen has been on several GPAAR Committees, but her favorite has been serving as the Golf Committee Chair for two years, as the profits from this event go directly to the local piedmont community organizations. She has received several awards throughout her real estate career, but her greatest honor was receiving the GPAAR Realtor of the Year award in 2012. It is Karen’s pleasure to honor veterans by serving as an Honor Flight Guardian, taking veterans to see their memorials every year. Karen would have to say her favorite time of the year is football season-HAIL Redskins!
