We were so fortunate to have Karen on our team to help us sell our home. She helped us navigate the ups and downs of home selling. The multiple showings, the walk-through inspections, and any home repairs that needed to get done she was able to help us with. During her initial consultation with us she identified what the likely issues would be post buyer’s inspection and that is exactly what we had to fix. If she points it out, do not delay and carefully consider your options.

We could have saved time and aggravation by dealing with the suggested repairs earlier before we were under contract and under time pressure. The realtor can only make home repair recommendations, the seller has to dip into the pocket for repairs in order to get to closing. In any case, she was spot on in knowing what the buyer’s inspection and would likely flag for repairs prior to closing.

Having a local realtor proved to be important in our case. Overall, it was a great experience working with Karen and I recommend her to help you buy or sell your Homestead home.
