I have been involved in real estate for many years, opening my own office around 2010. I specialize in land and rural properties everywhere from Kingston to the Western Finger Lakes and Northern PA. Most of my sales are in the local area of the Southern Tier of NY, in the areas surrounding Ithaca and Watkins Glen. I enjoy helping sellers get their homes sold and buyers to find what they are looking for and I'm a strong negotiator, often thinking outside the box to make things happen. I love our rural area and small towns and all that they have to offer. I am a longtime elected school board member, chair of the Board of a local community services agency, a planning board member, State Director for the Realtor board, and a community volunteer. When not on my zero-turn mowing my property I can be found hiking, biking, swimming or visiting our local wineries with family and friends.
