Karen made mine and my husband’s experience so SMOOTH and QUICK! Her stellar reputation in her field and her dedication to us as clients is just more reason to strongly recommend her to everyone I know! Buying a home does not have to be a grueling, stressful process. With the help of Karen and her team, me and my husband found the perfect home in our budget, got the funding, went through all the motions and our closing appointment was today, September 15; just 1 month to the day since contacting Karen with no idea what we wanted or where we would begin. Highly recommend! Wonderful personable woman who puts her clients 1st! She made what we thought was out of reach possible and me and my family and friends will continue to use her services for many years to come.

Karen is an excellent real estate agent. She's represented me for two home purchases and one sale over the course of fifteen years. I like her style which is friendly and personable but also tough and persistent when advocating her client's position. She's always quick to respond to calls/texts/emails as well as being punctual and well prepared for all appointments. Other areas of strength include her experience in the market and ability to provide detailed numbers, sales, and trend analysis.
