Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Karen Lee made the move from Boise to Bradenton in 2022 when her husband accepted a school ministry position—bringing their four teenagers and two poodles along for the adventure. What started as a leap of faith quickly turned into a thriving new chapter, both personally and professionally, as Karen built a fast-rising real estate business in Florida’s competitive coastal market.
With over 20 years of experience running her own fashion company, Karen brings a polished blend of business savvy, strong communication, and genuine connection to every transaction. Karen’s background, including a Communications degree from LMU, has equipped her to navigate negotiations, marketing, and client relationships with confidence and care.
