I have worked with other real estate professionals in the past and she was by far the most prompt and responsive. She is knowledgeable, a great communicator and does her research. She listened to my wants and needs and "got it", showing me appropriate properties and never wasting my time. All of my questions were answered promptly. Her recommendations of a property inspector and mortgage representative were also spot on. Really, I could not have been happier with the experience and I recommend her highly. And did I say she's fun? It was a pleasure working with her!"

As a first time buyer,I reached out to Karen after hearing the effort she put in getting my brothers house. I wasn't planning on moving, but the owners of my apartment building had other plans. Not wanting to rent anymore, buying was my only option. Each time we looked at a place she was fantastic in pointing out things I would have never noticed. Each time giving reasons why or why not about buying. I learned real quick to trust her feelings about each place. In the place I did get, she helped me through the process making it so easy. I can't thank her enough for the effort she put in.
