I do not have enough wonderful things to say about Mrs. Karen Lumnah. When it comes to real estate, Karen knows her stuff and will constantly impress you with how much knowledge she has about real estate and all of the components of a home, which is really important when you are looking for a realtor as there are many to choose from. It took just over two years for us to find our forever home and a house that checked all of our boxes, even through what can be a very frustrating process, especially in the market today, Karen made sure that she was dedicated to making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and we were not just jumping on some thing just to buy & get the process over with. I am so thankful and happy that we trusted Karen. We are not done buying properties and have long-term goals to own many and Karen will be our go to person every single time.

Owning a roofing and siding company we have also dealt with Karen on the listing side of things as we have done some work to some of her listings. Although we have never personally listed one of our properties with Karen, I have seen how meticulous she is with getting a listing prepared to go on the market to achieve the best outcome for her sellers.

Her experience and Knowledge in the industry cannot be matched. I would recommend Karen to any family and friends that are looking for a realtor.

I just can't say enough about how she took every challenge in stride. Professional, personable, knowledgeable a gem of a realtor, couldn't recommend her more highly. Went above and beyond, a real pleasure doing business with her.
