WOW! There is so much we can say about Karen Mack. This woman goes over and above her call of duty as a Realtor. As a matter, of fact, the Builder's Agent said the exact same thing about her "Beazer Homes in Canyon Falls Subdivision, Northlake, Texas".

I called her a year before I was ready to purchased and asked her multiple questions. I would call her day and night regarding certain things. She was never too busy for me. Not one time did she say "Call me when you are REALLY READY TO PURCHASE". She walked me through what not to do before purchasing. She walked me through how to build my credit and get introduced me to Credit Karma. I updated her on every move I made and she encouraged me. Now we were ready to go through the PROCESS!

We actually found the home ourselves because we knew the area we wanted to live in. Once we found the home she was with us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. She never left us alone! She was with us when we went to make the final decision to purchase. She was with us when we sat down with the Builder's Agent to go over the contract and the items we wanted in the home. The Builder's Agent was like "Oh you are a really good agent. I have never seen an agent do what you do for the Whatley's". In other words, we should up with "OUR EXPERT" so he knew not to PULL NO OKIE DOKE because she was listening to everything he said. She read the contract, read emails, and explained what they were asking if I needed clarity. Oh and would interrupt asking questions too LOL! SHE WAS AWESOME! She NEGOTIATED BLINDS FOR US which was MAJOR!!!

Whatever we wanted she helped us get it. She went to with us to the closing and even came to OUR HOUSE BLESSING AND HOUSEWARMING PARTY! Thank you Karen we LOVE YOU! The Whatley's
