Karen Merola

Karen is a hard-working licensed Florida Real Estate Agent. She grew up in Dearborn, MI, and has been coming down to SWFL since the late 80's (specifically Marco Island). In 2004 she graduated from Madonna University in Livonia, MI with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. In 2006 she permanently relocated to Marco Island, FL to start her "Professional Career" and "Figure out Life"…

She started working at the Marco Eagle (little newspaper) during the day and picked up a night job waiting tables at Captain Brien's. Little did she know she would LOVE the "Social Aspect" of being a Server. She then got transferred to Bonita Banner and worked at Real Seafood Company in Naples at night. Shortly after her move to Naples, she was then promoted to run the Newspaper in Education Program at Naples Daily News. "Career Life" was Great but she decided she wanted to follow her Dreams of Traveling and becoming an Entrepreneur.

In 2009 she became a "Seasonal Waitress" and moved to Door County, WI to wait tables for the Summer. Those years of her life were AMAZING!! She was a "Working Snow Bird". Door County in the Summer and Naples in the Winter. The Summer of 2013 she fulfilled her "Life Long Dream" of opening her own Business. Well that got shot because she fell in LOVE closed her shop and moved back to Naples full time. In 2015 her Husband and she got married on Sanibel Island, FL and now have 3 Beautiful Girls that attend Gospel Baptist Christian School in Bonita Springs.

In 2017 while she was pregnant with "Baby #3" she decided to follow in her Grandma and Mother's footsteps and pursue a Career in Real Estate. YES, she's a 3rd Generation Real Estate Agent. In her first year, she received the "Rising Star" Award. She then knew that Real Estate was her TRUE PASSION!! She LOVES talking on the phone, meeting new people and truly helping Buyers find the PERFECT place that meets their needs. There are 1,000's of Communities/Neighborhoods in SWFL. She's here to help you find the RIGHT one!! She also LOVES guiding Sellers through what could be a very HARD and STRESSFUL task. She's there every step of the way making the entire process run smooth. Anyways juggling "Mom Life" and "Real Estate" is what she does BEST!! She's grown TREMENDOUSLY since her first year in Real Estate and she'd LOVE the opportunity to put her years of Real Estate, Sales and Marketing experience to work for you.
