With over 15 years in real estate, Karen now gets to do exactly what she loves to do - helping others find their dream Arizona home or helping Arizona homeowners sell their home so they can move on to their next chapter.
Karen's real estate experience - as an agent, a broker and a brokerage owner - helps to bring a broad perspective with helping her clients. She was fortunate to be the number one agent in her area for all those years and was named as One of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents twice!
Karen lived in Scottsdale several years ago and always planned to return. When she did in 2018, she became a trainer, coach and instructor for other real estate agents, even hosting her own real estate podcast and writing a book on real estate marketing. However, she quickly realized that she missed the interaction with her clients, so she obtained her real estate broker's license in Arizona.
Karen lives in the Trilogy at Verde River community with her husband Mason, her daughter Meredith (who actually goes to college at TCU in Fort Worth, TX) and their senior kitty Honey. During football season, you can't miss the Mistrots - the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals are their teams! Plus, Karen's alma mater of the Univesity of Texas longhorns hold a special place in her heart!
