Originally from Jamaica, Karen pursued her B.A in Management at Northcentral University and worked as a financial analyst supporting the federal government in Washington DC and a Real Estate in Maryland before subsequently moving to South Florida where she continued her real estate career.
As a passionate individual with a deep affection for the real estate market and equipped with exceptional business skills, warmth, genuine care, and marketing expertise in every aspect of real estate has earned her a dedicated clientele. Her clients are routinely treated to exceptional and elevated consumer experience.
When working with clients, Karen makes it a priority to get to know them and connect with them to fully understand what their dreams are when it comes to finding a home. Her warmth and loyalty with her clients have caused many to make the transition to friends. Her business philosophy has always been to maintain a professional and trustworthy work ethic, and her successful track record with clients can attest to her ability to make genuine connections.
As part of her commitment to giving back, specifically in the area of education on the process of becoming a homeowner. Karen developed an educational seminar that provides first-time homebuyers with the information they need to become a knowledgeable consumer when they are ready to purchase their home. On the last Saturday of each month, Karen and her business partners provide homebuyers education to first-time homebuyers and to anyone that has not owned a home in a previous three years.
Karen resides in the Plantation/Sunrise area. In addition to her love of connecting with people, she also delights in entertaining, cooking, and enjoying food with others. When she is not assisting clients with their real estate needs, Karen loves to spend time with her son on the golf courses in South Florida. She is also an active parent in her son’s school PTO, a member of the Broward Black Chamber of Commerce and loves to lend a hand anywhere needed in her community.
