Karen Nychay

Transplanted from the Midwest – Karen Nychay started her career track with Sotheby's in the Chicago area. And when the Art Auction legend set its sights on marketing luxury homes throughout the world, I found that working in real estate was overly exciting. She moved from marketing real estate to residential sales while residing in Chicago's North Shore, then in the Western Suburbs where she grew up. Sunny Scottsdale has been her home for over 10 years. She continues to find boundless joy and fulfillment in collaborating with clients to achieve their Arizona dreams and goals.

The relationship and partnership that is created during the journey of connecting people with their real estate goals is her greatest career satisfaction. And it happens one client at a time - the process starts with focusing on people; listening to what is important to them, and being the guide, using their wants, and needs as the map. It is a great exploration and experience!

Every day, she appreciated this rarified corner of the world. Karen and her husband explore the wonders of the state and enjoy the local happenings from the outdoors, and sporting events to cultural events. It is a joy to share all Arizona has to offer with her clients, her husband, sons and their wonderful Labrador.
