My husband and I wouldn't have ended up with the wonderful house that we purchased without Karen's help! We were remote buyers, and given the competitiveness of the Boston market it wasn't feasible for us to view most properties in person. Karen filled in the gaps for us by creating fantastic video tours of houses and neighborhoods. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Her attention to detail and balanced feedback about how well each property fit our requirements meant that we were very comfortable trusting Karen to help us find the right house.

When we were making offers, Karen went above and beyond to communicate with the selling agents and make sure that they understood that although we weren't local, with Karen's help we had thoroughly vetted the property and were confident that it was a great fit for our family. Karen's deep knowledge of the market and thorough comp reviews ensured that our offers were very competitive.

Overall, working with Karen was great expererience and I highly recommend her to anyone shopping for a home in the Boston area.

I would recommend Karen to anyone looking for a realtor in the Boston area. It was a breeze to work with her and her knowledge of the greater Boston area and suburbs is impeccable. Karen could answer all of our questions, was able to find out information that helped us make good decisions and, in general, made the entire process completely stressless.

Karen helped us find a home from out-of-state during a pandemic. In our first (virtual) meeting, she got right to work by reviewing the current houses on the market with us and signed herself up for open houses. When she went to each place (some very far apart from each other), she was kind enough to record the neighborhood and the house itself on her phone, then, after a few hours, sent us an edited video for each house! Very accommodating, to say the least.

She also helped us strategize to make the right offer, and then got us in touch with a lawyer (who was also great and extremely responsive) to handle the legal documents. We had to make an offer without actually seeing the house, so we relied heavily on her experience and assessment of it! She was forthcoming with both the upside and the downside, which made it possible for us to feel comfortable making an offer.

When we came into town to look at the house during the inspection, she decided to drop by and meet us in person, even though she did not have to.

Overall, she is a very accommodative, personable, and experienced real-estate agent! 5 stars!

Karen was immensely knowledgeable on the housing market and was instrumental in advising me on the correct bid we needed to secure our offer.
