I rarely take the time to write reviews but I was truly lucky to be introduced to Karen through a friend. Karen represented my fiance and I for the sale of our condo and the purchase of our dream home. From day one Karen was responsive, knowledgeable and outlined a strategy to sale our condo. She is truly a pleasure to work with and I feel like I could get in touch with her any time. She took the lead on organizing open houses and buyer walkthroughs to giving us ideas on how to set the condo up to be more marketable. She went over and beyond to help us in any way she could.

On the buying side she was even more impressive, from presenting us with areas and houses that were specific to our goal to negotiating and literally working around the clock. With the pandemic it was challenging to find a house we loved, Karen saw (in person) over 100 houses with us and as we neared the end of our search, we were almost set on one house (where we nearly settled because of how long it was taking) and Karen, instead of just saying - great lets get it done, She probed with questions asking us if we really did want the house, which is a testament of her character. At no point did she focus on getting a “sale” it was always about finding the right home for us, no matter how long it took. I actually miss my conversations with her lol but besides the point, thanks to not settling we landed our dream house in Smithtown. To this day I receive thoughtful texts and correspondence from Karen (nearly 6 months after closing) she is one of a kind. Dont settle for the agent thats rushing to get your attention, call Karen because she is genuinely the BEST.
