If you want to sell or buy a house, Karen Paris is ONLY way to go. She listed our house, and we had a solid, full price contract two days after the open house during a buyer’s market when everyone else said we shouldn’t list until the market changed. The reason
Karen Paris is the best: She helped us stage and set a price that sold at the first open house, so we didn’t chase the buyer’s market. And, she took care of all the details so that timely closing was assured. Karen leaves nothing to chance, and ensures that the paperwork is handled properly, all necessary steps are followed, and that everything stays on schedule. She responded quickly to every call, text or email, and kept us informed during the entire process so we always knew what was happening. Her personal service and caring really make the difference. I've had numerous real estate transactions, but none were financially successful and professional as the one Karen handled. I highly recommend using Karen Paris as your realtor.
