My drive and motivation has always been doing things that make a positive impact on my community. All my previous jobs have had that in common. My approach to real estate is different in that I meet each client, understand their needs and together, craft a personalized plan that is right for you. My experience in working on a large team with many clients at one time, has taught me that I prefer to, work with less clients who are motivated and be involved in every step. My goal is to expose your home to as many potential buyers as possible and bring out the full potential of your property. Homes for Heroes was a way for me to come full circle by helping heroes not only become educated about the process but also being able to help financially and give back to those who serve our community.

Karen has over 15 years of experience in real estate. Karen started her career in Architecture before transitioning to real estate sales, where she produced over $120M in sales in only 4 years, mostly in Montgomery county. She was #15 and #11 agent in Maryland according to “Best Real Estate Agents in America" by Real Trends and the Wall St. Journal. She co-managed the Maryland market for a national brokerage during its peak growth where she mentored and trained many agents and helped them grow their careers.
Karen’s main strategy for success is transparency, education, and advocating for her clients.
