Our home was severely damaged in last March’s F3 tornado that hit Calera. Karen found us a place to stay that was pet friendly. She was extremely helpful while we were trying to get everything taken care of. We couldn’t have made it without her help. Thank you Karen.! 🥰 You are awesome !

If I had to choose one word to describe Karen Paulovich and our house buying experience that word would be AWESOME. We happened to be Karen's first clients and it was GREAT. Not only did she help us find the perfect location and lot she also helped sell our old house. The relationship developed into more than just a realtor/client relationship. We have become family and stayed in contact to this very day. Thanks to Karen and her encouragement I became a realtor and have enjoyed every minute of it. I can not say enough on how wonderful a realtor Karen Paulovich is. I had known Karen a few years, before I used her service as a realtor. Karen assisted me and my husband with two properties
The sell of our house we lived in and the purchase of our dream home.Karen was informative and extremely knowledgeable, during this stressful time. Karen showed us she cared and explained every detail of the on going process. Karen was there for us, at every step. Karen sold our old house and we are now living in our dream home. Karen accomplished, what we thought was impossible. We closed on the old house in the morning and closed on our dream house in the afternoon. BOTH Closing took place on the Same day. I Highly recommend Karen as a realtor.
